Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manages, supervises, inspects, and coordinates construction/remodeling projects; monitors schedule and contractor performance; coordinates interruptions of services.
• Reviews drawings/specifications; serves as coordinator with architects/engineers/contractors; approves shop and as-built drawings for archives.
