Job summary

Qualifications

• Prior food service experience and experience working concessions is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sells concessions, including soft drinks and various food items, to customers at events.
• Serves customers in an efficient and friendly manner following outlined steps of service.
• Interacts with customers and resolves customer complaints in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
• Performs sales transactions in a reasonable and timely fashion; records purchases at the register.
• Makes change, accepts payments and issues receipts; follows cash-handling procedures.
• Responsible for change funds and cash receipts; ensures cash drawer is compliant with overage/shortage standards.
• Replenishes condiments and supplies; maintains concession area cleanliness.
• Ensures compliance with sanitation and safety requirements.
