Niagara University seeks a club sports coach to recruit student athletes, supervise practices, and contribute to the educational mission by instructing in the assigned club sport.

Under general supervision, you will coordinate instruction, schedule games, transport players to events, report rosters and scores, and ensure compliance with university and league rules while maintaining confidentiality of information.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience coaching at the college level or higher.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• CPR/AED certification required.

Responsabilités

• 50% Instruct, teach and assist in development of players during practices; follow and conform to league rules.
• 20% Actively coach team during games/scrimmages.
• 15% Recruit players for the following year and make scholarship recommendations.
• 10% Transport and supervise players when traveling.
• 5% Provide accurate data to Director of Club Sports about the team and its members.
