The role includes processing transactions, maintaining records, and liaising with clients and vendors. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent and 1+ year of admin experience, with varying shifts, and a pay range of $17.51-$19.08 per hour.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• 1+ year of administrative experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine clerical and administrative tasks such as filing, scheduling, and using office equipment.
• Serve as primary contact for callers and visitors; direct inquiries and relay messages.
• Assist with daily/weekly reporting, meeting arrangements, and agenda preparation.
• Manage office supplies, calendars, travel, and expense processing.
• Able to walk/stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds when needed.
• Attend shifts on time and perform other duties as required by the account.
