Clark University in Worcester, MA seeks a dedicated Custodian to maintain cleanliness across classrooms, offices, restrooms, and common areas. The role requires operating cleaning equipment, restocking supplies, and assisting with events.

You will also perform safety checks and basic repairs as needed. Ideal candidates have at least three years of cleaning or facility maintenance experience, a valid MA driver's license, and the ability to lift 75 lbs and operate a forklift (1C license required).

Qualifications

• Three years of professional cleaning or facility maintenance experience.
• Valid Massachusetts Driver's License.
• Must be able to lift 75 lbs and bend, stoop, and twist daily.
• Ability to operate a forklift (1C license required).
• Able to work alone or with supervision and follow oral and written instructions.

Responsabilités

• Clean classrooms, offices, restrooms, and common campus spaces.
• Operate cleaning equipment and perform routine maintenance of tools.
• Empty trash, restock supplies, and replace bathroom paper goods and lights.
• Move furniture and assist with event setup for University events.
• Perform safety and security checks during cleaning tours and report issues.
