• Two (2) Letters of Recommendation dated within 18 months of application date
• Copy of current Serve‑Safe certification
• Copy of High School Diploma or G.E.D. (*must be on file with Campus Catering and Human Resources.)
• One year of quantity food service experience
• College classes in menu design & safety, sanitation, and equipment or equivalent
• Additional experience may substitute
• Must have a valid California drivers license
