North Georgia Technical College is seeking a part-time Cashier to support student payments and billing processes in Clarkesville, GA. You will handle cash, checks, and other payments, maintain a cash drawer, prepare statements, post receipts in the BANNER system, and assist with New Student Registration sessions.

The role emphasizes accuracy, confidentiality, and courteous customer service while following college procedures. Prior banking or accounting exposure is preferred.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED.
• Six months of work-related experience.
• Knowledge of accounts receivable processes.
• Knowledge of computers and job-related software programs.
• Knowledge of customer service standards.
• Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to pass a credit check.
• Experience with Banner Student Management System.
• Experience with Microsoft Suite.

Responsabilidades

• Process cashiering and customer service duties.
• Maintain a cash drawer and records.
• Post receipts to financial accounts in the Banner system.
• Prepare statements and mailings to students.
