Lanier Technical College – Hall County campus (Gainesville, GA) is seeking a full-time, non-exempt Cashier to support the Student Account Manager. The role handles payments by cash, check, or card, records activity in Banner, and balances deposits daily while assisting students and external customers.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED and 1 year of related experience, with strong math, data entry, and interpersonal skills.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED and one year related work experience.
• Previous cash handling experience required.
• Basic math and counting skills required.

Mansioni

• Collect and record student payments received at Cashier Window, via Web or via Mail into the Banner Software System.
• Assist students with account balance questions.
• Perform cashier duties, i.e. handling cash, checks and credit card transactions with accuracy and adherence to policies.
• Record daily payment activity using Banner student database software.
• Create student-related Banner reports.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
