Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in career services, 2 years of management experience, and strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of career services experience.
• 2 years management experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication; strong presentation skills.
• Ability to supervise and lead a team and work with cross-functional colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Oversee campus Career Services operations and externship programs.
• Assist with implementation of campus and IEC career services strategies.
• Monitor relevant metrics and ensure placement results meet standards.
• Build relationships with employers and lead on-campus recruiting.
• Recruit, interview and screen potential Career Services staff.
• Lead team through training, mentoring and special projects.
• Coordinate with regional IEC functions and attendance at meetings.
• Support alumni relations and job clubs, workshops and events.
