Job summary

HCI College is seeking a Campus Director of Career Services to lead the planning, development and administration of career planning programs for students and graduates. The role oversees the placement process to meet goals and ensures compliance with accreditation standards.

The position supervises Career Services Advisors, builds employer partnerships, handles job orders, and coordinates career events on campus to support student success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• 2–3 years of related experience in recruiting, staffing, B2B sales, career coaching, or related fields.
• At least one year of supervisory experience.
• Equivalent combination of education, experience, and/or training accepted.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and motivate Career Services Advisors and conduct evaluations.
• Develop and maintain employer relationships through regular communication.
• Solicit and follow up on job orders from employers.
• Counsel students and graduates on professional development and career strategies.
• Oversee job postings, registrations and applications on the placement website.
• Follow up weekly with non-placed graduates and assist where needed.
• Research industry and employer trends to guide services.
• Coordinate visitors, speakers and campus Career Fairs.
