Job summary

Brown Missionary Baptist Church is seeking a Campus Care Team member to oversee campus cleanliness, maintenance, and readiness for worship services and events. You will lead campus care volunteers, coordinate with ministry teams, and ensure a welcoming, safe environment consistent with BMBC standards.

The role requires supervising staff and volunteers, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 2-3 years experience in custodial services, facilities operations, maintenance, hospitality, or related field preferred.
• Ability to supervise staff and volunteers effectively.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events.
• Reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily cleaning, setup, and maintenance support for church campuses and ministry environments.
• Monitor worship spaces, classrooms, offices, restrooms, and exterior spaces to remain clean and ready for ministry.
• Assist with room setups, furniture arrangements, and event preparation as assigned.
• Coordinate with operations, safety, and ministry leaders to address campus needs and safety concerns.
• Respond to operational requests and last‑minute event adjustments to ensure smooth services and events.
