Job summary

BRAVE Church is seeking a Facilities Support Technician to maintain cleanliness, safety, and smooth operations across campus. You will perform routine maintenance, assist with repairs, and ensure areas are stocked and organized, creating a welcoming environment.

Under the Campus Coordinator, you will coordinate with internal teams and vendors, prioritize tasks, and respond to urgent requests, including after-hours or weekend work when needed.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of facilities maintenance or related role
• Familiar with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, lighting
• Knowledge of safety protocols and OSHA standards
• Strong communication and teamwork
• Willingness to work after hours or weekends
• Proactive, detail-oriented and able to troubleshoot

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections and basic repairs of building systems (lighting, plumbing, HVAC)
• Ensure common areas, restrooms, and workspaces are clean, stocked, and presentable
• Set up and break down furniture and equipment for meetings and events
• Track and replenish facility-related supplies and manage storage
• Assist with scheduling and coordinating external contractors
• Document maintenance activities and update logs or work orders
• Other duties as assigned
