Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Review phases of design document submittals for completeness and coordination.
• Provide reviews prior to State Construction Office submittal.
• Verify designer's review of contract bids for MBE participation.
• Attend pre-bid conferences and construction progress meetings.
• Assist in the Development of Design & Construction Guidelines.
• Prepare letters and other documentation for the project.
