Responsibilities
Review phases of design document submittals for completeness and coordination.
Provide reviews prior to State Construction Office submittal.
Verify designer's review of contract bids for MBE participation.
Attend pre-bid conferences and construction progress meetings.
Assist in the Development of Design & Construction Guidelines.
Prepare letters and other documentation for the project.
