Job summary

Capital Group is seeking participants for its Rotational Program in Charlotte. The Business & Operations Track provides three assignments over two years, exposing you to Investment Operations, Enablement, Global Business Services and other teams that support Capital Group's success.

Across rotations, you will analyze challenges, develop recommendations, and learn through the Core Skills Academy — a shared development experience with leadership exposure and networking opportunities.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree with anticipated graduation between Fall 2026 and Spring 2027.
• Minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA.
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Support trade operations, data management, reporting and controls in Investment Operations.
• Partner with investment teams on business analysis, project management and process improvement.
• Contribute to enterprise functions across Finance, HR, Legal, Procurement and others.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and drive organizational effectiveness.

Capital Group Rotational Program Business & Operations Track Associate - US - Charlotte

What You’ll Do

The Business & Operations Track consists of three rotational assignments completed over two years, providing exposure to the people, processes, and functions that support Capital Group's business and long-term success.Rotations may include opportunities in areas such as:

• Investment Operations:Support trade operations, data management, reporting, and operational controls that enable the investment process and help deliver strong client outcomes.
• Investment Enablement:Partner with investment teams on business analysis, project management, operational support, and process improvement initiatives.
• Global Business Services:Contribute to enterprise functions such as Finance, Human Resources, Legal & Compliance, Procurement, Enterprise Services, Workplace Experience, Communications, and other teams that support Capital Group's operations and strategic priorities.
• Additional Business Functions:Gain exposure to teams that drive organizational effectiveness, business performance, and enterprise outcomes across the firm.

Across rotations, associates may contribute to strategic initiatives, analyze business challenges, develop recommendations for stakeholders,identifyopportunities to improve processes and operational effectiveness, and collaborate across teams to support business priorities. In addition to on-the-job learning, associatesparticipatein Capital Group'sCore Skills Academy, a shared development experience that includes professional skills training, business acumen development, networking opportunities, leadership exposure, and career development resources.

Charlotte Base Salary Range: $59,952-$95,923

In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
