Job summary

ARAMARK is seeking a Cook for Palmer Chiropractic College in Iowa within our Accommodation & Food Services team. The Cook prepares and cooks a variety of menu items to recipe and safety standards, sets up and breaks down stations, and ensures a clean, sanitary kitchen.

Responsibilities include food prep, batch cooking, maintaining proper temperatures, labeling and storage, and following HACCP and ServSafe guidelines.

Qualifications

• Experience in a commercial kitchen and ability to follow recipes and standards.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and proper labeling and storage procedures.
• Familiarity with HACCP and ServSafe guidelines is preferred but not required.
