Chartwells Higher Education Dining Services is hiring for full-time and part-time CASHIER/FOOD SERVICE WORKER positions at Northwestern Oklahoma State University in Alva, OK. The role includes operating the POS, assisting the Chef, and keeping coffee and cashier stations clean.

Qualifications

• Prior cashier or food service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate Point of Sale (POS) system and perform cashier duties.
• Assist the Chef with food preparation including meats, vegetables, baked goods and desserts; support catering orders.
• Perform general cleaning duties and remove trash to designated areas.
• Provide service in all retail areas, including cashiering and line serving.
• Maintain cash accuracy with receipts and make deposits at the end of each shift.
• Inventory and restock supplies; monitor temperatures and rotate stock using FIFO.
