Job summary

Red Bull Student Marketeer Team Lead (SMTL) in Saint Paul, MN supports the Field Marketing Specialist in driving campus brand presence and product trials. You will assist the SMTs in planning, execution, and feedback, while helping manage recruitment, onboarding, and activations on campus.

You’ll coordinate sampling inventory, training, and field coaching, with a focus on increasing campus engagement and user base through targeted on-campus activities.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 6 months as a Student Marketeer (Generalist) or equivalent.
• Proven ability to lead a project and motivate team members.
• Passion for the Red Bull brand and product knowledge.
• Desire to coach fellow Student Marketeers.
• Able to work flexible part-time hours, including some nights and weekends.
• University/college enrollment required.

Responsibilities

• Support the Field Marketing Specialist in campus activities and brand/product demos.
• Assist in recruitment, onboarding, training, and activations for Student Marketeers.
• Coordinate scheduling, sampling, and inventory management for campus events.
• Provide monthly feedback and assist with planning aligned to regional and national priorities.
• Attend cross-functional meetings as needed and support campus planning.
