Job summary

Red Bull North America is seeking a Student Marketeer Team Lead (SMTL) to support Field Marketing Specialists and fellow StudentMarketeers on campus. You will help drive brand image, product trials, and in-market activities, while coordinating sampling, scheduling, and feedback.

This role requires current university enrollment, at least 6 months as a Student Marketeer, and the ability to lead and coach teammates.

Qualifications

• Must be currently enrolled in university/college.
• At least 6 months as a Student Marketeer.
• Proven ability to lead projects and motivate teammates.
• Willing to coach peers and work flexible hours (nights/weekends).
• Able to lift 25 pounds as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist FMS and SM efforts on campus and in-field.
• Support sampling, planning, and feedback processes.
• Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and training of SMs.
• Contribute to national and regional activation planning.
• Provide monthly asset status analysis.
