Job summary

Red Bull seeks a Student Marketeer Team Lead to support Field Marketing efforts on campus in Durham, NH. You will help lead peer teams, manage training, and ensure effective brand presence and product sampling across campus environments.

You will work closely with the Field Marketing Specialist to execute planned activities, develop talent among Student Marketeers, and drive student engagement and trial in a premium way.

Qualifications

• Must be currently assigned the Student Marketeer - Generalist role with at least 6 months of experience as a Student Marketeer
• Proven ability to lead a project and motivate team members
• Passion for the Brand and demonstrated ambassador of both Brand and Product knowledge
• A desire to coach fellow Student Marketeers
• Able to work flexible part-time hours, including some nights and weekends
• University/college enrollment

Responsibilities

• Support Field Marketing Specialist in driving brand image and product trial on campus
• Assist with planning, scheduling, and feedback for campus activities
• Provide in-field coaching to Student Marketeers to drive trial and brand presence
• Coordinate sampling, seeding inventory, and campus activations
• Support recruitment and onboarding of new Student Marketeers
• Participate in team meetings and cross-functional collaboration
• Manage vehicle/asset handling and on-campus logistics
• Provide monthly analysis on branded assets and activity status
