Job summary

Red Bull is seeking a Student Marketeer in Eau Claire, Wisconsin, to bring the brand to life on campus. You will act as a brand and product ambassador, build university partnerships, and drive sales with strategic campus plans and event activations.

You will engage students, create authentic content, and support distribution efforts while representing Red Bull with branded outfits. A part-time schedule (min. 15 hours/week) including some evenings and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid US drivere28099s license.
• University or college enrollment required.
• Must be fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Able to work flexible part-time hours, including some evenings and weekends for a minimum of 15 hours per week.
• Immersed in student life with an understanding of the collegiate landscape and local city.
• Connected with a diverse range of influential groups on campus.
• Affinity for project management, behind-the-scenes work, and winning sales.
• A team player, willing to represent Red Bull with branded outfits.
• Employees may be required to lift/move items weighing 25 pounds or more, as needed.
• Travel 0-10%.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute smart sales & marketing plans to build the Red Bull brand on campus and beyond.
• Represent Red Bull with branded outfits and at events to deliver strong brand experiences.
• Create strong campus networks and maintain relationships with local contacts.
• Identify local content creators and involve them in Red Bull campaigns.
• Grow awareness through sampling and social media engagement.
• Drive on-campus sales, expand distribution, and ensure top-quality store execution.
• Plan, report, and share activities through the online platform.
• Provide local market insights and opportunities for growth.
