Job summary

Red Bull seeks a Student Marketeer to build and execute smart sales and marketing plans that grow the Red Bull brand within the student community and beyond. You will represent the brand on campus, engage students, and support events to create memorable experiences.

You’ll work part-time with evenings and weekends as needed, travel up to 10%, and collaborate with campus sales teams to expand distribution while maintaining premium brand standards.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have a valid US driver's license.
• University or college enrollment required.
• Must be fluent in English; additional languages a plus.
• Able to work flexible part-time hours including some evenings and weekends (min 15 hrs/week).
• Immersed in student life with understanding of the collegiate landscape.
• Willing to represent Red Bull and wear branded outfits.
• Travel up to 10%.
• Permanent status.

Responsibilities

• Be a brand & product ambassador and drive brand visibility on campus.
• Live and breathe the brand personality and values in daily interactions.
• Build and execute campus plans to engage students.
• Create networks on and around campus and maintain relationships with local individuals.
• Identify local content creators and collaborate with the FMS to involve them.
• Grow the user base via product sampling and brand experiences.
• Work at Red Bull events, activations, and related events.
• Increase brand engagement on social media with authentic content.
• Build relationships with local sales account managers to ensure availability and visibility.
• Collaborate with sales to open new distribution points on campus and beyond.
• Leverage Red Bull assets to stay top-of-mind in accounts.
• Ensure execution of defined store standards.
