Job summary

Red Bull North America is seeking a Student Marketeer in Whitewater, WI to build brand on campus, engage students, and boost product understanding through trials and events.

You will collaborate with the Field Marketing Specialist, host activations, grow social presence, and help keep shelves stocked and visible.

This part-time role offers flexible hours, immersion in student life, and opportunities to travel up to 10%.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have a valid US driver's license.
• University or college enrollment required.
• Must be fluent in English, additional languages an advantage.
• Able to work flexible part-time hours, including some evenings and weekends for a minimum of 15 hours per week.
• Immersed in student life with an understanding of the collegiate landscape and local city, including behind-the-scenes activities & hot-spots.
• Connected with a diverse range of influential groups and individuals on campus.
• Affinity for project management, working 'behind the scenes', and winning sales.
• A team player, willing to represent Red Bull with branded outfits and onboard the Red Bull Mini.
• Employees may be required to lift and/or move items weighing 25 pounds or more, as needed.

Responsibilities

• Live and breathe the brand and values while engaging consumers.
• Build and execute campus plans engaging students.
• Create a network on campus and maintain relationships.
• Identify local content creators and collaborate with FMS.
• Grow user base through product sampling and Q&A.
• Participate in Red Bull events to deliver brand experiences.
• Increase engagement on social channels with authentic content.
• Build relationships with local sales accounts and ensure visibility.
• Collaborate to open new distribution points on campus.
• Execute defined store standards.
• Plan & report activities in the online platform.
• Provide local insights and opportunities.
