The role requires strong retail experience, supervisory skills, and a commitment to excellent customer service. A flexible schedule, safety standards, and teamwork are essential in delivering a superior campus shopping experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a retail setting.
• 1+ year supervisory experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Familiarity with financial and customer service principles.
• Basic reading, writing and accounting skills expected.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Support all store operations and departments with the Store Manager.
• Direct and supervise team members to ensure sales and customer service excellence.
• Maintain a presence on the sales floor to assist customers and process purchases.
• Handle customer and employee issues professionally and promptly.
• Assist with hiring, training, and coaching new staff.
• Maintain an appealing, organized sales floor and product displays.
