Job summary

Paycom operates a Seminary Bookstore at the Dallas Campus, offering a part-time hourly non-exempt role. You will help students find resources, manage sales, and keep the inventory accurate and well-organized.

This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, with strong attention to detail and integrity in handling money and merchandise. It offers a supportive team environment and on-campus engagement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Retail or bookstore experience is helpful but not mandatory.
• Able to handle money and inventory with integrity and care.
• Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide top-notch customer service in person, on the phone, or online.
• Run the cash register and process transactions accurately.
• Maintain and manage store inventory with attention to detail.
• Assist in outgoing inventory: picking, processing, and packing orders.
• Demonstrate problem-solving and reliability in a fast-paced environment.
• Ensure the store remains clean, organized, and welcoming.
• Help with events, graduation activities, and regalia distribution as needed.
• Support annual inventory counts and campus outreach.
