Northeast College of Health Sciences seeks a Faculty member for the PA program on the Seneca Falls campus. You will lead instruction, assess student learning, and support curriculum development while contributing to research and service.

Requirements include a terminal degree, PA/MD/DO credentials, NY licensure or eligibility, and strong teaching and communication skills; position requires in-person work and commitment to accreditation and equity.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years full-time PA or other clinical education teaching experience, preferred.
• Must hold a terminal degree in their field, preferably as a PA, MD, or DO.
• Current NY licensure or eligibility if PA/MD/DO, and NCCPA certification for PA.
• Ability to advocate for the PA program and engage in accreditation processes.

Responsabilités

• Developing, reviewing and revising the program mission and competencies.
• Selecting applicants for admission to the PA program and providing instruction.
• Academic counseling of students and ensuring remedial instruction availability.
• Designing, implementing, coordinating, and evaluating the curriculum.
• Participating in research, scholarly activities, and service to the college.
