Job summary

Qualifications

• Five to seven years of building automation and plant operations experience.
• Some college or associate degree or technical training preferred.
• Registered AC & Refrigeration Technician License required
• Training Certification from Recognized Service Provider

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance on BAS including calibration and reprogramming of controllers.
• Oversee building equipment maintenance and inform supervisor of issues.
• Maintains Central Plant (Chillers, Boilers, Cooling Towers).
• Interface with contractors to convey standards and provide QA.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
