Responsibilities

• Prepares baked goods according to recipes and production specifications.
• Uses approved recipes and equipment to ensure proper food preparation.
• Maintains sanitation and orderliness of equipment, supplies and work area.
• Interacts with customers in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
• Keeps production records and notifies supervisor when supplies are low.
• Completes shift work in a timely and thorough manner.
