Job summary

BASIS Independent Dublin is seeking a Campus Assistant to support the school by monitoring student activities during lunch and before/after school, and by performing essential clerical tasks. This is a founding-team role as the Dublin campus opens in September 2026.

The successful candidate will be able to manage large groups with strong communication and interpersonal skills, staying punctual and reliable in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma and valid fingerprint clearance to work at BASIS Independent Schools.
• Preferred qualifications include experience with children and strong communication/interpersonal skills.
• Candidates should demonstrate personal responsibility, optimism, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced learning environment.
• The role requires the ability to stand for long periods and to work in a dynamic school setting.

Position Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications: A high school diploma and valid fingerprint clearance arerequiredto work at BASIS Independent Schools.

Preferred Qualifications: Experience with children is preferred. Together witha high levelof personal responsibility and optimism, a successful applicant willdemonstratestrong communicationand interpersonal skills, will thrive in a fast-paced, achievement-oriented learning environment, and will be able to stand forlong periodsof time inside and outside of the building.
