Job summary

SEBTS is seeking a painter to prepare campus housing for new occupants in apartment flips at Wake Forest, NC. You will paint apartments including walls, ceilings, doors and cabinetry, and work directly with the Paint & Prep Supervisor to meet timelines.

You should be able to replace blinds and hardware, repair minor drywall damage, and maintain a clean, safe jobsite while contributing to a cohesive team effort with students, faculty, and SEBTS staff.

Qualifications

• Experience painting walls, ceilings, doors, trim and cabinetry.
• Able to work as part of a cohesive team sharing workload.
• Interact professionally with students, faculty, and the SEBTS community.
• Perform basic physical tasks such as walking, lifting and carrying.
