Job description

Company Description

GenesisOS Labs builds Aerys Desktop and custom GenesisOS Modules, practical automation platforms designed for founders, operators, and teams. Aerys Desktop is a modular operating system that lets users run automations, connect GBot Agents, and manage workflows across local, online, or hybrid environments. The company focuses on real-world automation for businesses and individuals who want reliable, configurable systems without relying on many separate SaaS tools. GenesisOS Labs also develops GBot Agents, an automation-first CRM (GCRM), solutions for healthcare and regulated industries, and custom multi-bot systems for specialized workflows and scale. Its mission is to turn complex operations into clear, automated systems that anyone can use, regardless of technical background.

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Campus Ambassador at GenesisOS Labs. The Campus Ambassador will represent GenesisOS Labs within their academic community, introduce students and staff to Aerys Desktop and related products, and support awareness of practical automation solutions. Day-to-day tasks include organizing and hosting presentations, demos, or small events, sharing product information through campus channels, and engaging in online communities related to their institution. The role involves collaborating with the GenesisOS Labs team to coordinate marketing campaigns, collecting feedback from potential users, and helping identify partnerships or pilot opportunities with student groups, labs, or campus organizations. The Campus Ambassador will also contribute to content for social media or campus communications and track outreach activities and results.

Qualifications
  • Strong Communication and Presentations skills to clearly explain concepts and engage diverse audiences.
  • Marketing and Sales skills to promote GenesisOS Labs products and support user acquisition on campus.
  • Networking skills to build relationships with student organizations, faculty, and campus administrators.
  • Comfort with technology, automation tools, or productivity software; ability to quickly learn new platforms.
  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a college or university; familiarity with campus culture.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple outreach activities with minimal supervision.
  • Prior experience in student leadership, campus clubs, or ambassador programs is a plus.
  • Interest in startups, operations, or building efficient systems is highly beneficial.
