Job summary

TENAX Technologies is seeking an Access Controller/Receptionist to staff and operate the C5ISR Visitor Control Centers across multiple buildings on the campus, delivering on-site security and visitor management.

Candidates must be familiar with post orders, be able to guide visitors and tenants, know locations of key offices, and be prepared to stand for long periods and lift up to 56 pounds. A Secret clearance and commutable proximity to Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
• Secret security clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Staff and operate the C5ISR Visitor Control Centers located in multiple buildings across the campus.
• Provide on-site security and control access to C5ISR Campus facilities; observe, detect, and report violations per post orders.
• Familiarize with post orders, tenant agencies, and common office locations; assist visitors and tenants as needed.
• Know locations and usage instructions for emergency equipment and be ready to respond per procedures.
• Be prepared to stand for long periods, climb stairs, and lift up to 56 pounds.
