Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 2-3 years of applicable experience.
• Experience in electrical fields, including instrumentation and control circuitry.
• Valid Maine driver’s license and eligibility to be authorized as a university driver.
• Proficiency with personal computers and Microsoft Office.
• Proficiency with communication technologies including coax, fiber, network and RF.
• Basic understanding of network communication protocols.
• Experience coordinating people, projects, and deadlines.
• Ability to exercise independent judgment, take initiative, and manage multiple projects.
• Ability to communicate with all levels of the University community.
• Low Voltage Electrician’s license to be obtained within 6 months.
