Job summary

Thinklance LLP in Nashville is seeking a hands-on internship to collaborate with engagement leaders, seniors, and managers on client engagements across multiple industries. You will build foundational assurance skills through planning procedures, balance sheet and income statement testing, and audit reporting.

You will travel to client locations, engage in on-site work, receive coaching from seniors and managers, and develop professional relationships with colleagues and clients.

Your Role

Here’s what you will be doing:

• Collaborate with engagement leaders, seniors, and managers on client engagements across multiple industries
• Build foundational assurance skills through planning procedures, balance sheet and income statement testing, and audit reporting
• Support special projects and department-wide initiatives
• Communicate with clients and teams to keep engagements on track and ensure timely deliverables
• Engage in on-site client work by traveling to client locations as a valued team member
• Build professional relationships with colleagues and clients across the firm
• Receive ongoing coaching and feedback from seniors and managers
• Participate in networking events and activities to strengthen professional connections
• Work with a performance manager to set career goals and receive mentorship
• Learn from a buddy who provides guidance and support from day one
