Job summary

Los Poblanos LP is seeking a part-time Barback to support the bartending team at Campo Bar in a high-volume setting. The role emphasizes organization, cleanliness, and proper stock levels to ensure efficient service in a vibrant, craft-focused environment.

Applicants should have 1–2 years of relevant experience, a genuine interest in F&B, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. BarSmarts certification must be completed within 60 days of hire.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years experience as barback, busser or server assistant in upscale/high-volume environment.
• Genuine interest in food and beverage with desire to learn cocktail production.
• Energy, enthusiasm, and strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to maintain a clean and sanitary work environment.
• BarSmarts certification required within 60 days of hire.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English.

Responsibilities

• Assist bartending staff in the execution of daily bar service.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and proper setup of all bar areas.
• Stock bar items including glassware, ice, garnishes, napkins, and tools.
• Polish glassware and bar equipment to maintain presentation standards.
• Assist with receiving, organizing, and stocking bar deliveries.
• Support bartenders with service needs and pouring wine/beer when required.
• Assist with bar setup and breakdown per Campo standards.
• Maintain inventory levels and report shortages to management.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal alcohol laws.
• Assist in espresso-based beverage preparation.
