Job summary

Ozark Camp and Retreat Center is seeking a Caretaker/Manager to oversee daily maintenance, scheduling, and rental operations. The role reports to the South Central States USA Mission Center Financial Officer and requires arranging contracts, coordinating volunteers, and managing facilities.

Open until filled, full-time, 40+ hours/week, with no remote eligibility. English is required; high school diploma or GED is preferred. Weekend/holiday flexibility and after-hours responsiveness are desirable.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Plumbing and/or electrical experience.
• Building maintenance experience.
• Restaurant management experience.
• Familiarity with camping programs for youth and adults.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day maintenance and scheduling of Ozark Camp & Retreat Center.
• Manage rental operations, including billing and receipt of fees.
• Coordinate volunteers and oversee contractor work with board approval.
• Ensure facilities and grounds are well-maintained and safe for use.
• Prepare contracts and invoices for each rental and event.
