Job summary

Gunstock Mountain Resort is seeking a Campground & Rentals Coordinator to manage seasonal operations year‑round. The role blends Rentals outreach in winter with campground administration in summer and fall, requiring organization, guest service focus, and hands‑on operational support.

Responsibilities include coordinating school rentals, maintaining records, communicating with groups, and supporting campground check‑ins, reservations, and events.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent guest service skills.
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets, technology, and multiple computer programs.
• Able to manage multiple priorities and follow through on detailed administrative work.
• Comfortable working independently as well as part of a team.
• Willing to assist with hands‑on guest service and operational responsibilities when needed.
• Previous leadership, supervisory, hospitality, recreation, or guest service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate school and group rentals administration and outreach during winter.
• Maintain rental records, equipment needs, and group documentation.
• Communicate with school coordinators, group leaders, and chaperones.
• Assist with campground reservations and seasonal camper communication.
• Support front desk operations and guest service during peak periods.
• Provide lead and supervisory support to campground staff.
