Equity LifeStyle Properties in Emigrant Gap, California is seeking a Ranger to patrol the campground grounds, assist guests, enforce rules, and help keep everyone safe. The role involves welcoming visitors, answering questions, and coordinating with local authorities when needed.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent, basic literacy and math, and computer familiarity. A valid driver's license is required, weekend/holiday availability, and a customer-service oriented approach.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Basic reading, writing and math skills and ability to use computer applications.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
• Ability to assess a situation, use quick and reasonable judgment and resolve problems diplomatically.
• Customer service and communications skills with a friendly demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the property with a keen eye for any issues or potential problems.
• Ensure that the property is properly secured.
• Ensure guests comply with resort rules and contact law enforcement if necessary.
• Monitor campground gate access and validate if entry is allowed.
• Perform routine patrols, inspections of golf carts and rentals, and assist guests at the store.
