Qualifications

• Manual dexterity, problem-solving and ability to lift heavy items.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain property equipment and fixtures.
• Respond to maintenance requests and perform needed repairs promptly.
• Inspect buildings and common areas for upkeep and safety.
• Keep maintenance logs and paperwork current.
• Mow, trim, and maintain grounds; ensure guest-ready appearance.
• Perform other duties as assigned and maintain attendance reliability.
