Job summary

KCN Campgrounds in Wisconsin Dells is seeking a Maintenance/Grounds Team Lead to oversee upkeep of campground buildings, facilities, equipment and grounds to KOA standards. You will delegate tasks to staff, monitor progress and ensure projects are completed safely and on schedule.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of electrical systems and plumbing equipment.
• Intermediate knowledge of chemical properties, handling and usage.
• Intermediate knowledge of propane and gasoline dispensing.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Capable of delegating projects and following up on them.
• Experience leading a team of employees.

Responsibilities

• Oversee carpentry, electrical and plumbing repairs to campground facilities and grounds.
• Manage daily, weekly and monthly maintenance and cleaning programs (pool/spa, lawn care, landscaping, equipment).
• Enforce safety programs and ensure proper handling of tools and chemicals.
