The Jekyll Island Authority is seeking a Guest Services representative for our Campground to provide outstanding customer service. This part-time position involves greeting guests and operating the point-of-sale system for sales and reservations.

Ideal candidates will have a valid driver's license and be available on evenings and weekends. Duties include maintaining a clean office environment and assisting guests with their needs.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to count money and operate a point-of-sale system.
• Flexible availability including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide information about campground services.
• Operate the campground office and handle reservations.
• Resolve minor guest complaints and maintain guest satisfaction.
