Job summary

Netsmart is seeking a collaborative and detail-oriented professional to support the execution of marketing campaigns and programs. You will work with Campaign Managers and cross-functional teams to bring campaigns to life via email builds, QA, event support, reporting, and post-event outreach.

You will track campaign performance such as engagement, click-through rates, event participation, and pipeline generation while ensuring timely, accurate execution in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to share information clearly.
• Strong ability to organize, prioritize and manage a heavy workload.
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong collaboration and communication across diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Support development and management of internal/external programs to achieve business outcomes.
• Apply best practices in program development and management.
• Complete program tasks and develop processes to meet objectives.

• Create and maintain reporting on program performance against defined goals.
