Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC in Washington, DC is seeking a senior Political Campaigns & PAC Lead to merge policy advocacy with operational management. You will drive federal, state, and local campaigns, oversee legislative initiatives, and steer our political giving program.

Reporting to the Director of Campaigns, you will align campaign strategy with business priorities, manage budgets, and collaborate across Policy, Communications, Legal, and Product teams.

Qualifications

• At least five years of experience in political campaigns, legislative advocacy, PAC activities, or related fields.
• Demonstrated expertise in campaign finance law and compliance.
• Proven track record of building and scaling corporate PAC programs.
• Strong understanding of political strategy, project management, budgeting, and compliance.
• Experience managing relationships with elected officials, political committees, and fundraising networks.
• Ability to lead complex political campaigns and collaborate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Campaign Development & Management.
• Design and implement campaigns leveraging tactics such as rider and driver activation, earned, owned, and paid media; coalitions and partners.
• Develop campaign plans with clear goals, timelines, budgets, and messaging.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration across Policy, Communications, Legal, Product, Marketing teams and other internal partners.
• Represent the company on industry policy coalitions, building third-party support as needed.
• Oversee campaign execution, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Act as a thought leader on political strategies, messaging, and tactics across the company.
• Own and drive the company's short-term and long-term political contribution strategy and PAC operations.
