Blue Rose Research in the United States seeks a flexible, impact-driven contributor to help campaigns translate data into guidance that non-technical audiences can act on. The role may be full-time through the 2028 cycle, a short-term fellowship, part-time, or on a project basis, with compensation and scope set by role, duration, and experience.

You will work with campaigns, partners, and senior staff to determine needs, build credibility quickly, and deliver rapid, evidence-based

Competenze

• Candidates must be authorized to work lawfully in the United States.
• Multiple election cycles of experience in Democratic politics across campaigns, party committees, or political consultancies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, and experience delivering presentations to principals and senior staff.
• Strong political instincts and bias towards action to go above and beyond a campaign's needs.
