Job description

Dealer.com, a Cox Automotive Brand, is currently looking for a Campaign Specialist II to join our team.

The Campaign Specialist II is a member of the Managed Services team who reports to the Manager, Campaign Coordinators, and supports the team in various capacities. The Campaign Specialist will work alongside and support assigned Campaign Coordinators to fulfill client requests. Additionally, the Campaign Specialist will assist in the collection, distribution, and execution of tasks to support clients contracted with Dealer.com Managed Services. Once proven effective and efficient, the Campaign Specialist may have the opportunity to manage a limited client portfolio.

This position is remote/work from home and can be located anywhere within the United States.

In-Person Attendance (Location Specific):
  • Team members residing within driving distance to the Burlington, VT area will be required to be in the office once per week (4 times a month).
  • The specific day of in-person attendance may vary.
Work Schedule:

Monday through Friday, 11am-8pm Eastern Time Zone (subject to change based on business needs).

Your Role:
  • Assist a team of Campaign Coordinators with tasks and projects as needed.
  • Process and execute tasks efficiently within the assigned Campaign Specialist queue.
  • Collaborate with other Managed Services Teams (SEO, Creative, PM, Social, SEM) to meet client campaign needs.
  • After demonstrating proficiency, engage in limited client interactions via email and phone.
  • Participate in trainings and workshops as assigned by management.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:

Minimum:

  • High School Diploma/GED and 3 years of experience in a related field (Customer Service, Hospitality, Marketing, etc.).
  • OR a different combination such as any degree/certification beyond HS diploma/GED in a related discipline with up to 1 year of experience.
  • OR 5 years of experience in a related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting methodologies (training provided for proprietary technologies and applications).
  • Customer focus, critical thinking, familiarity with web-based technologies, time management, and technical learning skills.
Compensation:

Hourly rate ranges from $17.74 to $26.59, based on location, experience, and skills. Additional compensation may include commissions or incentive programs.

Benefits:

Employees receive at least sixteen hours of paid time off monthly, seven paid holidays, and additional leave options such as bereavement, voting, jury duty, volunteer, military, and parental leave.

Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship. In California, non-driving candidates using alternative transportation methods will be considered.
