Job Description

Dealer.com, a Cox Automotive Brand, is seeking a Campaign Specialist II to join our team.

The Campaign Specialist II supports the Managed Services team, working alongside Campaign Coordinators to fulfill client requests and assist in task execution for clients contracted with Dealer.com Managed Services. With proven performance, there is potential to manage a limited client portfolio.

This position is remote and can be located anywhere in the U.S.

In-Person Attendance (Location Specific):

• Residents near Burlington, VT, are required to attend the office once a week (4 times/month).
• The specific day may vary.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 11 am - 8 pm Eastern Time (subject to change).

Your Role:

• Assist Campaign Coordinators with tasks and projects.
• Process and execute tasks efficiently.
• Collaborate with SEO, Creative, PM, Social, SEM teams to meet client campaign needs.
• Proven proficiency may lead to limited client interactions via email and phone.
• Participate in training sessions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Minimum:

• High School Diploma/GED + 3 years’ experience in related fields (Customer Service, Hospitality, Marketing, etc.)
• Or relevant degree/certification with up to 1 year of experience
• Or 5 years’ experience in a related field
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and web technologies
• Customer focus, critical thinking, time management, and technical learning skills

Drug Testing:

Pre-employment drug test required. No marijuana testing currently. Possession or use of illegal drugs during work is prohibited.

Benefits:
