Job summary
Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems in Redondo Beach, CA seeks a Modeling, Simulation, and Analysis Engineer (Engineer or Principal Engineer Level) to join our Systems Engineering team. You will develop and analyze campaign simulations and guide best practices across OA and SA&S.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's in STEM with 2+ years relevant experience, or Master's with related experience.
- Ability to obtain and maintain US Secret clearance.
- Experience with Object-Oriented Simulation and military operations analysis.
- Willingness to obtain SAP clearance; ability to work with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Develop and analyze campaign simulations; implement best practices.
- Present results to leadership and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and SA&S programs.
- Develop roadmaps to support Campaign Analysis objectives.
