Job description

NorthCrest Capital, Inc. is seeking motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as a Campaign Representative. This full-time, fully onsite position is ideal for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in marketing campaigns, promotions, customer engagement, and client representation in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

In this role, you will support promotional campaigns for our clients through face-to-face customer interactions at retail locations and event sites. You will help communicate campaign messaging, educate customers about products and services, and contribute to brand awareness and customer engagement initiatives. No prior campaign, marketing, or sales experience is required—we provide paid training and ongoing mentorship.

This is a fully onsite position. Candidates must be available to work in person at the designated office and event locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent client brands and support promotional campaigns through face-to-face customer interactions.
• Engage with customers and communicate campaign messaging in a professional manner.
• Educate customers about client products and services.
• Support promotional events, retail campaigns, and brand awareness initiatives.
