Job summary

The Catalyst Corporation is seeking an entry-level Brand Representative in Naperville, IL to gain hands-on experience in branding, retail marketing, and customer engagement. You’ll work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and directly interact with customers to promote recognized brands.

Ideal candidates are pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s in Marketing, Communications, or Business, with strong communication skills and a proactive, adaptable attitude.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred (or currently pursuing).
• Experience in branding, customer service, retail, marketing or sales is a plus but not required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Organized, proactive, and adaptable in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Execute in-person marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
• Represent client brands professionally in retail and event settings.
• Support the development and rollout of local marketing and promotional strategies.

At The Catalyst Corporation, we specialize in face-to-face marketing, customer engagement, and brand development for nationally recognized clients. As we continue expanding, we’re looking for a creative, motivated, and detail-oriented Brand Representative to join our growing team.

This entry-level role is ideal for someone eager to gain hands-on experience in branding, retail marketing, customer engagement, and sales strategy within a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Execute in-person marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives to increase brand visibility and customer engagement
• Represent client brands professionally in retail and event-based environments
• Support the development and rollout of local marketing and promotional strategies
• Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to improve outreach efforts
• Assist with coordinating retail events, activations, and in-store promotions
• Collaborate with team members to maintain brand consistency and campaign effectiveness
• Monitor industry and competitor trends to support positioning and campaign growth
• Help track campaign performance and support reporting and administrative tasks
• Conduct sales in a retail setting

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred (or currently pursuing)
• Previous experience in branding, customer service, retail, marketing, or sales is a plus, but not required
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Organized, proactive, and adaptable in fast-paced environments
• Comfortable working directly with customers in a face-to-face setting
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and basic digital tools preferred
• Creative thinker with strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
• Positive, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
