FP Movement is looking for an organized Marketing Production Manager to bring campaigns and social content to life. You’ll partner with marketing, creative, production, merchandising and social teams to keep projects on track from brief through final delivery.

This role emphasizes campaign planning, pre-production, on-set coordination, post-production timelines, and social content production to ensure assets meet specs and are delivered on schedule.

Qualifications

• Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple timelines.
• Experience coordinating campaigns with marketing, creative, production and social teams.
• Familiarity with video editing software for minor edits and resizing.
• Proficiency in basic photo editing and asset management.
• Clear, proactive communication with cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage campaign timelines from brief to final delivery.
• Coordinate casting, locations, wardrobe and on-set staffing for shoots.
• Partner with creative and production to meet marketing objectives and shot lists.
• Develop deliverable specs and post-production timelines.
• Coordinate review rounds and manage asset selection and retouching.
• Produce recurring social shoots from concept to delivery and manage bookings.
