Job summary

RealmOne in McLean, Virginia is seeking a Campaign Manager Team Lead to guide a team of campaign planning professionals for a key USG customer. This role focuses on designing integrated campaigns and coordinating across channels to drive mission impact.

The candidate will develop data-driven strategies, present recommendations to senior leaders, and ensure adherence to policy and program requirements while mentoring staff for growth and success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 7+ years in communications or psyops/COVIN ops per Level 3/2/1.
• Experience leading external-facing communication projects and managing teams.
• Ability to develop integrated, multi-channel campaigns and measure outcomes.

We are seeking a Campaign Manager Team Lead to lead a team of campaign planning professionals for a key USG customer.

Position contingent upon contract award!

We are seeking experienced Campaign Managers who will participate in campaign planning, execution, developing strategic communication initiatives, coordinating operational activities, and evaluating campaign effectiveness. These positions offer the opportunity to engage with government leadership, shape strategic communications efforts, and deliver measurable mission impact.

Campaign Manager Team Lead shall possess the following capabilities:

• Design, develop, and execute integrated communication campaigns using strategic planning frameworks to achieve operational and organizational objectives.
• Plan and coordinate campaigns and operations by leveraging the full suite of available capabilities across multiple communication channels.
• Utilize data-driven planning methodologies to develop, assess, and refine campaign strategies.
• Analyze and navigate large datasets to identify trends, measure campaign effectiveness, and inform operational planning.
• Identify campaign objectives, desired end states, lines of effort, milestones, and measurable outcomes that support mission success.
• Develop comprehensive campaign strategies incorporating strategic frameworks, implementation timelines, measurable objectives, and performance metrics.
• Prepare, edit, and coordinate professional cable writing, executive correspondence, operational messaging, and strategic communications products.
• Present campaign concepts, operational updates, and strategic recommendations to senior leaders and key stakeholders.
• Coordinate across multidisciplinary teams to synchronize campaign activities, messaging, assessments, and operational objectives.
• Monitor campaign execution and recommend adjustments based on data analysis, operational feedback, and evolving mission priorities.
• Ensure campaign activities comply with organizational policies, operational guidance, and mission requirements.

Required Qualifications:

Level 3

• Bachelor's degree
• Seven (7) years' experience contributing to communications activities; i.e. account-based marketing, public relations, digital media, advertising, and journalism; or Seven (7) years of experience contributing to military psychological operations or COVIN operations. Either of which must contain:
  • Two (2) years of experience contributing to external-facing communication projects
  • Four (4) years of experience managing communications, psyops, or COVIN teams
  • Familiarity with Sponsor's processes, procedures, and systems for conducting and documenting operations.

Level 2

• Bachelor's degree
• Five (5) years' experience contributing to communications activities; i.e. account-based marketing, public relations, digital media, advertising, and journalism; or Five (5) years of experience contributing to military psychological operations or COVIN operations. Either of which must contain:
  • Two (2) years of experience contributing to external-facing communication projects
  • Familiarity with Sponsor's processes, procedures, and systems for conducting and documenting operations.

Level 1

• Bachelor's degree
• Two (2) years' experience contributing to communications activities; i.e. account-based marketing, public relations, digital media, advertising, and journalism; or Two (2) years of experience contributing to military psychological operations or COVIN operations.

Desired Qualifications:

• A Master's degree in marketing, communications, public relations, journalism, business administration or other related communications discipline.
• Two (2) years of experience managing communications projects under the direction of the sponsor.
• Experience leading a wholistic integrated/ multi-channel communications campaign, on behalf of a client.

Position requires active Security Clearance with appropriate Polygraph
